Refund Conditions

As our software provides an immediately activated permanent license and/or subscription services, we generally do not support refunds. We encourage users to fully utilize the free trial period to determine if the software meets your needs before purchasing.

Submitting a Refund Request

If you believe there are special circumstances that need to be considered for a refund, please submit a refund request in the following ways:

  • Payment Platform Refund: You can initiate the refund process directly through the original payment platform.
  • Contact Customer Service: You can also contact us through our customer service email to submit a refund request, providing proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the refund.

Refund Review

All refund requests will be reviewed by our customer service team. A reasonable reason must be provided, and we will decide whether to approve the refund based on the actual situation. Generally, used licenses will not be refunded.

Our refund policy will comply with the relevant legal provisions of the user's local area or country. More stringent legal requirements will be prioritally applied if necessary.

License Revocation

Once a refund is approved, the related software license will be revoked, and the user will no longer have the right to use the software.
